How to set up a cleaning quote calculator
Use your own approved business rates
The initial rates are examples, not recommended local cleaning prices. In Business & rates, enter your business name, choose the currency, and set the base visit charge and per-room rates. The calculator supports USD, NGN, GBP, and EUR. Changing currency changes the denomination; it does not convert amounts.
Configure service types and extras
A standard clean uses the base and room charges. Deep-clean and move-out percentages multiply that room subtotal. Extras such as inside-oven, inside-fridge, and interior-window cleaning are added afterward. If your business has a different scope, explain it separately to the customer.
Understand the calculation order
- Add the base, bedroom, and bathroom charges.
- Apply the selected service multiplier to that subtotal.
- Add selected extras.
- Apply the recurring-visit discount.
- Raise the result to the minimum visit charge if needed.
- Add the configured tax percentage, if any.
Amounts use integer minor units with half-up percentage rounding. A business owner must approve its tax configuration; this tool does not determine tax obligations.
Apply rates before sharing
Changes take effect when you select Apply rates. Save applied rates only if you want them kept in this browser. You can also export a pricing file and import it on another device. No customer contact details are collected by this release.
Embed the calculator on your website
Open Share & embed and generate a link after applying your rates. Copy the iframe snippet into a website section that supports HTML embeds. Generate the link from the live HTTPS site, not a localhost preview. The embedded calculator has no owner account or payment controls.
Confirm the final scope and price
A shared configuration can be read and modified by anyone holding the link. An estimate is not a booking, invoice, or binding quote. Confirm the property condition, service scope, and final price directly with the customer. If you add payments later, the final amount must be recalculated on a trusted server.
Measure use without collecting quote details
Optional analytics records predefined actions such as calculator interaction and sharing intent. It excludes business names, configured rates, room counts, quote totals, pricing files, and the URL fragment containing the configuration.
